If you are young boy or girl Cricket now is a great career option unlike when I was a kid. The next generation is blessed to have technology as well as success of the sport play a huge part. Commercialization of the game has taken Cricket from the root levels to every household. Now even a local match can be broadcasted to the remote areas through use of You tube. So the game is going to get bigger and better.
If Cricket is passion for you follow Virat Kohli fitness pattern and if you manage 50 % of what he has done Indian Cricket will be in safe hands and overall, India will be healthy and good. Virat Kohli is a modern master. When I was young it was Sachin Tendulkar. He(Sachin) gave game of Cricket Oxygen without which it may not have survived. It is easier for youngster to follow Virat and not Sachin, I say this because Sachin was a born Cricketer and you cannot get that flair by training it has to be in it to win it!

Importance of Power game in next generation of cricketers
In the modern era of cricket, the power game has become increasingly important, with teams relying on powerful hitters to score boundaries and put pressure on the opposition. This trend is likely to continue in the future, as the game evolves and becomes more athletic.
There are a number of factors that have contributed to the rise of the power game. One is the development of new training techniques and equipment that have allowed players to hit the ball harder than ever before. Another is the shrinking of boundaries in many stadiums, which has made it easier for batsmen to score sixes.
The power game has also been boosted by the introduction of shorter formats of the game, such as Twenty20, which place a greater emphasis on hitting sixes. This has led to a new breed of batsmen who are primarily focused on hitting big, and who are willing to sacrifice technique for power.
The power game is not without its risks. Batsmen who are focused on hitting sixes are often more likely to be dismissed, and they can also put their team in danger of losing wickets quickly. However, the rewards of the power game can be substantial. A batsman who can consistently score boundaries can put enormous pressure on the opposition, and can single-handedly win a game.
For the next generation of cricketers, it is important to have a balance of power and technique. They need to be able to hit big shots when the opportunity arises, but they also need to be able to play a traditional game when necessary.
Here are some of the benefits of developing a strong power game:
- It can help you to score more runs and put pressure on the opposition.
- It can make you a more feared batsman and give you more confidence in your abilities.
- It can make you a more valuable player to your team.
If you are a young cricketer who is looking to develop your power game, there are a number of things you can do:
- Focus on your strength and conditioning.
- Practice hitting sixes in the nets.
- Watch videos of successful power hitters.
- Work with a coach to develop your technique.
